Give a man a fishing rod and he will soon be investing in the latest magazines about fishing, subscribing to fishing channels on sky, buying the latest poles, extensions,waders, oilskins, maggots, priests, hooks, lines, and sinkers.
He can then get his friends into fishing and they can go out and buy all the latest gear too.
Then together they can set up an Ebay business in Central Africa and sell wholesale Fishing equipment to other Africans.
Then they can eventually sell the fishing rods back to us at reasonable, competitive prices.

Give a man a democracy and he too can relish in the splendour of a United Western civilization, far away from the evil corruption of those no good Africaan's.
