Positive Discrimination



Positive Discrimination is wrong. By definition it basically encourages discrimination and does nothing to address the problems in society today.

Positive Discrimination is when a person of an ethnic minority or minority group generally gains a position or employment because of their status and not because of their merits.

When they commence their new jobs they are immediately resented because they got the job by default and insane litigation against Caucasians, males, and alleged majority groups. The person who gains a position of significance also does not perform to his/her's best ability because they know the reasons for their successful achievement (if thats what you can call it), and therefore do not feel empowered in any way. They know they have not got the job on their merits only their colour, creed, class or gender.

Surely, for every 'positive discrimination' there is evidence of simple 'discrimination' against the majority groups, hence the above headline from the, intellectually challenged, tabloid above.

This has got to stop, this is NOT the solution to the problem of discrimination, but employment and status given on a persons merits is the key. Educating individuals and Corporations on the benefits of a diverse range of employees is the only way to avoid this 'blanket' discrimination in the future.

This legislation encourages discrimination and resentment, and can even separate and breed racism fundamentally.

Stop 'Positive Discrimination' because there is nothing positive about it!
